Mom and Dad and I flew into Chicago for the annual Dinner @ The Wellington!! A great time was had by all. Those in attendance this year were Debbie and Tom, Pat and Chuck, Adrienne and Larry (Unc), Mimi and Gil Jr, Ginny (Me), and Linda, Tommy, Steve and his fiance Rebecca.
On the way back to the Summit to drop Boopie off, I received a call from the Rusciano Family who wanted to sing Happy Birthday to Boopie, so I just handed him the cell phone and He said, "I have never talked on the phone in a car before." Never thought of that!! Oh well I put it on speaker and the singing rang out to his appreciation.
Boopie is doing great and will probably out live all of us. We plan to attend next year as well!
